S1E1 Was when we changed the format to introduce ourselves with a spirit that highlights who we are and where we hope to take this podcast. Gary brought in a Jim Beam and Sprite, so we added some Beam. Mark recounted a story that involved his and Gary’s history as drinkers with a bottle of Tullamore Dew. Jameson brought in his namesake: Jameson.


S1E2 Gary brought in some Redbreast 12 year old that reminded him of his time in Ireland and the pubs there. Pull out your favorite bottle that has some sentimental meaning, pour a glass, and join us as we discuss what we feel makes an ideal bar.

S2 E4 Brought us some Eagle Rare with an interesting conversation on the idea of the chase. We chased down a couple of ounces for the barrel.
